5 ways to tell if someone is lying:

* When telling a lie a person usually will tell a simple story without complicated details

* A person who lies often will often blame others in their lies like the weather or traffic

* Often a lie will overuse simple details that a regular story would leave out like time of day and routes taken ect due to an attempt to make the story more believable

* A lie will rarely contain the liar's own name in the lie and especially not as one in fault

* A liar can rarely keep eye contact with anyone while in a lie also the liar's pupils will almost always become larger when telling a lie due to the brain having to think fast and use imaginary details on the spot
