Moments ago Hamas sent out a message "The Al-Qassam Brigades mourn the terrorist Abd al-Karim Ismail Radwan (38) from Tal Sultan neighborhood in Rafah. After he was killed by an Israeli attack in Hama Thagur, east of Rafah"
The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades said : "We promise that the blood of all the terrorists of our people will not be in vain, with God's help".
"Israel will pay for the death of our activist, his blood is not in vain Tel Aviv will tremble at night"
